Our Refurbishment services consist of:
- We fit a flat 2-pitch Metrotile roof which comes with a 30 year guarantee, and also reduces your insurance costs.
- We overframe with 2x1 treated timber and insulate with Celotex Insulation, which saves you money on your heating costs, and reduces your Carbon Footprint, while strengthening your walls and helps to reduce noise levels.
- We fit UPVC windows and doors which include security locking, 28mm double glazed units, which helps reduce noise levels. UV Ray rated energy saving glass with trickle vents.
- We re-ply with 9mm (WBP) far Eastern Malaysian ply primed with resin based, stained block primer, and recoated with resin based texture coating.
Royal Crest Cladding can be fitted in place of our Re-plying and texture coating. Vinyl Cladding is virtually maintenance free, never needs painting, and is also self extinguishing and is available in 16 different colours.
